Designers Nicolas Damiens and Julien Sens have taken on a seemingly tedious task of converting Kurt Cobain‘s, David Bowie‘s, John Lennon‘s, and Leonard Cohen‘s handwriting into ready-to-use fonts. Using samples from personal notes, letters, post cards, lists, and even Kurt Cobain’s suicide letter. In regards to Cobain’s writing, the designers have described it as fearless and poetic where he didn’t hesitate to bold or scratch out words.
